Romania - Successful Destination for outsourcing
I found a very interesting article presenting a study done by neoit.com; they discuss about how well prepared are some of the East European countries for outsourcing.
Romania is situated pretty well.

I bet that would be more expressive if they use there “Traiasca berea” with
“Spitalul de Urgenta” http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spitalul_de_Urgen%C5%A3%C4%83
